4th of July (not too exciting)

Millie, Owen, and Weston hanging out in the shade after a long walk!

My sweet babies! Weston was way more interested in the grass than me.

On the 4th of July, Jason did a side job for Nick, a guy he works with. He put stone on his chimney and bottom part of his house after tearing off the ugly old stuff. I was bored out of my gourd so I decided to get a little exercise and walk from our house to Nick's. Millie and Weston rode in the stroller while Owen rode his bike. Wyatt didn't want to go so he stayed home and made sure the dog stayed in the yard. Jake has a nasty habit of jumping the fence and trying to follow us, be it on foot or in the car. The problem is he doesn't seem to understand roads and cars. ( We have since got a chain to put him on when we leave) Nick's house was 3 1/2 miles away in town. We were good and sweaty by the time we got there. That was about the most fun we had though on the 4th (other than a good ole BBQ) since fireworks were banned in the whole basin and Roosevelt saves it's parades and other fun stuff for their UBIC celebration in August. Made me miss Rexburg :(

  1. Millie is looking more and more like a little lady. I can't believe how old she looks and it seems like we just saw her. (Sorry, you probably didn't want to hear that)
